The new FM 300 - 400

Few companies have exerted as much innovative pressure on the market in the last two years as the pouch packaging specialist SN. The result: the FM 300/400 and the FM 115-615 - two highly efficient machine series.

With the FM 300/400, SN sets its own record for grated cheese. This was previously 120 pouches (200g) per minute. The FM 300/400 delivers 150-180, which is possible because 3 bags can now be produced per machine cycle even in this format.

The new FM 400 also works extremely efficiently with mashed potato products. Together with a 2-component dosing unit newly developed by SN, 320 stand-up pouches in 140 mm x 220 mm format with a 25 mm bottom gusset can be filled and sealed per minute. This is also a top performance.

The FM 115-615 is already firmly established in the international food industry, with an impressive output of up to 600 pouches per minute. In addition, innovative technology reduces the energy consumption per bag by up to 20%. Significantly thinner films can be processed. This also helps to optimize the overall energy and CO2 balance.

Global market interest in the SN machines is growing daily. The order books are well filled. “SN will further increase the pressure to innovate,” announces SN Managing Director Olaf Clemens.
