Our in-house metering systems combine flexibility and precision when metering different seeds. From piston feeders for a wide range of volumes to round pot feeders and counting devices for high-priced seeds, all feeders can be integrated in parallel on the packaging machine. Seed plates or seed ribbons can be easily packed into the pouch using insertion devices. If special germ protection packaging is required, we offer this together with our pouch packaging machine as a germ protection system so that we can ensure that the sensitive seed is additionally protected.

In addition to filling precision, particular attention is paid to product protection and avoiding damage to the seed during seed dosing. Even the slightest damage can impact the seed's germination capacity and growth. Depending on the refinement, coating, and breeding, seeds can sometimes be extremely valuable, so sensitive filling and handling of each seed are important.

High flexibility

Seeds with different shapes, sizes, flow, and falling properties require suitable metering systems. By integrating several metering systems in the machine simultaneously, product changeovers from one seed to another can carried out very easily and quickly. Combining several metering systems also allows the machine to directly fill seed mixtures, such as flower meadows or wild herbs.
