The award for the most innovative machine builder was another highlight and has been bestowed from the american company Rockwell Automation during the Interpack fair in Dusseldorf. A six-member jury, constituted of representatives of leading multinational producers, evaluated the nominated machines of the international machine builders in five categories. The new developed spout filler SF 400, from SN German Pouch-Pack Technology, was qualified for the final stage. In this round of the last five, the SN machine won the competition for most innovative machine called “Best Future Machine Award”.
With the spout filler, SN Maschinenbau now offers an additional series, which fills and seals the prefabricated stand-up pouches through the center spout (cold and hot filling). The compact high-performance machine with design stages for 240 and 480 pouches per minute impresses with a floor space of only 6 square meters, an optimal access to every machine part as well as an almost completely automatic format changeover. In combination with an SN pouch-making machine (optional), the market requirements can be flexibly reacted.
The completely new developed hygiene machine FMH 80 sets new standards for horizontal form-fill-sealing machines in regard to cleanability, performance, digitalization and automatic format changeover and is the prototype for another new machine family. Many interested parties from Germany and abroad were greatly impressed by the new design with their many detailed solutions.
The tried and tested machines for seed filling and the processing of prefabricated pouches (fill and seal) also received a positive response from the Interpack measurement audience. The continuous success of the FM 060 forming, filling and sealing machine, which was presented at the Interpack 2014 first time and successfully established in the market, is pleasing. On the stand, it was presented in a very compact design.
We would like to thank all visitors for their interest and look forward to deepening the new contacts.
