Our FMH 300 horizontal pouch packaging machine is flexible and customizable in a hygienic design. With a restricted pouch format range and the option to work in triplex, it is ideal for long production runs and output ranges of up to 270 pouches per minute. It can adapt to your requirements individually and is the perfect all-rounder for hygienically demanding pouch packaging.

Of course, it is possible to process recyclable packaging materials, such as mono-materials made of plastic or paper, in a high-quality and efficient manner.

Horizontal form, fill, and seal machine (HFFS) of the Hygienic Series

 

Intermittent working HFFS rotary machine with eight stations in hygienic design for forming, filling, and sealing flat or stand-up pouches from the roll.

3-side or 4-side sealed pouches, bottom fold type pouches, stand-up pouches
